Not sure if you mean just villains I don’t like, or find entertaining, or uh wouldn’t bang. Incidently, this was harder than I thought.

• Doctor Light: although it might not be his fault that DC writers decided to make him into some sort of rapist monster. (ugh, Identity Crisis, why)
• MODOK: I just don’t know.
• Red Skull: I know it’s oversimplifying things to call him a Nazi now, but I just haven’t read enough with him in it. I find his daughter hilarious, even though oh god she’s pretty much had a horrible life.
• Yon-Rog: an early nemesis of Captain Marvel, he just wasn’t very compelling.
• The Joker: This is what happens when you put the same villain in everything. Please go away for a while ;_;.
